COMCAST STILL SUCKS!

Well, guess what, folks. My Comcast receiver in my living room once AGAIN has lost tons of channels. So much for NO REPEAT SERVICE CALLS service, huh? Not to mention that I was shuffled from the original Comcast person to another "tech" without knowing, but she then told me that I would be charged for the service call if the field tech did the same "fix" that she was going to do from her end. Um, what part of that NOT EVER fucking working did you NOT understand, sweetheart? This is NOT a new thing for us to be dealing with! WTF! Yes, this is a "new" box, yes, all channels work on the secondary box in my bedroom, yes, I have done all sorts of crap to the box that you folks have told me to try EACH AND EVERY FREAKIN TIME I HAVE HAD TO CALL ABOUT THIS!

*sigh* Is it REALLY any wonder WHY I want to go back to satelite dish for my television viewing?

I am sorry for troubles you are experiencing. It appears that you have made numerous phone calls and has had numerous service calls, and yet you continue to experience problems with your service.

What channels are you not receiving? I would really like to look further into this. Will you please let me know the phone number linked to your account?
