COMCAST SUCKS!

Ok....granted, we missed the payment to comcast. By I think it was, 2 days? They shut us off. I called to get it taken care of, so we can have net for hubby to work. I paid the back due, and THEN I was informed that it could take 2-24 HOURS to come back on, where as in the past, it was 5-15 MINUTES! They tok my debit/credit card info, my bank had it as a pre-authorized hold, and freakin COMCAST, the assfreakinhats did not TAKE the payment til 6 am the NEXT FRIGGING DAY! My husband could not work from home, as he has for almost 3 years, my children were not able to watch television, I was not able to keep in touch with family (and some are very sick, back north) and I was a basket case with the freakin run around comcast gave me! I was hung up on once, and cut off in mid word twice by little tarlets. So.....we are looking at something else for coverage for net and cable. Mainly, AT&T.

COMCAST, KISS MY ASS! You jumped my bill by $45 a month after my one year lock in, you have been charging me $7 a month for the past 7 months for unlisted/published that I told you to take off, AND I am being charged $5.99 for digital cable, when I don't HAVE a freakin digital cable teleivsion! You charge me an extra $3 for my modem, an extra $3 for one receiver rental that was SUPPOSED TO BE FREE. Your customer service sucks donkey dick. You can take your service and shove it up your collective asses. Once I have AT&T or Dishnetwork or even DirectTV, your going buh-bye.
